Why Soy? 

We only use high-quality eco friendly soy wax and fragrances in all of our products. This ensures they burn longer and cleaner than paraffin and other alternatives. Soy wax is also a safe, natural and sustainable choice. 

Are your products Vegan Friendly? 

Our wax is all biodegradable and vegan friendly. 

Are your products tested on animals? 

None of our products are tested on animals. 

What is a wax melt? 

Wax melts are different to candles. These are placed in a wax burner and gradually it melts the wax to fill your home with a lovely fragrance. Unlike candles the wax does not evaporate; only the scent dissipates. Once you can no longer smell the fragrance you can throw away your used wax and start a new scent. 

How do I remove a wax melt from my burner? 

Place a lit tealight in your burner, wait 15-30 seconds or so and gently push down on to the wax and it will pop out as one. Then wipe away any excess wax and you are set for your next wax melt.  

Why does my product look slightly different in colour/style? 

As all Products are handmade colour/decoration and style may vary slightly but all have the same amount of fragrance and wax as specified. 

What is the white coating on my candle or wax melt?  

This is called Frosting. This is a unique and natural effect of using vegetable waxes, especially soy. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallise. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way and also means the wax is 100% natural. 

How can I keep my candles looking their best? 

Keep your candles stored in a cool, dry place when you are not using them. All candles will discolour or fade when they are exposed to intense light for extended periods and wax will soften if exposed to high temperatures. Keep your wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch and discontinue use once only 1/2 inch of wax remains.

Delivery & Returns 

Delivery is usually by royal mail second class or parcel carrier depending on the size and weight of your order. Delivery price is determined at check out. 

When will my item be dispatched? 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days.  

International Orders 

We may accept international orders up to 2kg due to the cost of shipping. If you would like to order internationally please contact via email so we can provide you with an exact cost due to various shipping rates and country import laws. Email us at creations-jd@outlook.com and we can arrange the order for you.  

Returns Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
